Taking the classroom outdoors!
At LEADERSHIP ACADEMY you will engage in functionally specific training that moves far beyond classroom theory in order to present you with strategic opportunities for breakthrough in every area of your life and leadership.
Orientation
On arriving at Leadership Academy all students will undergo our VGY combined orientation phase. This phase is completely outdoors and is one of the most memorable times for our students. Right from the beginning students find themselves bonding together with their new team and family like never before!
Adventure Experience
Throughout the duration of the course you will apply learned leadership principles and training in the outdoors by taking part in the following adventure experiences:
- Canyoning
- Abseiling
- Archery
- Surfing basics
- Ocean/River Safety Training
- Scuba Diving
- Hiking
- Paintball
- Obstacle course
- High Ropes Course
- Mountain biking
- Ultimate wilderness survival & poverty week

Should a student not be able to participate in an event for whatever reason every endeavor will be made to accommodate this event at a different time but this is not guaranteed.
