The Financial Policy has been designed to explain the financial costs of studying at Victory GAP Year.

All our schools Leadership Academy, Surf Masters and Worship Academy have the same fee structure for the year.

Standard fee structure - applicable to ALL students at all schools

What the Fees Cover:

The Victory GAP Year fees cover the cost of tuition, board and lodging during the duration of the course (January to graduation in December). In detail they cover:

• Food for all meals (except during holiday breaks)

• Accommodation

• Orientation, Outreach expenses, Camps, etc.

• Personal – Laundry & Internet

• Internal rental costs for the use of accommodation and lecturing facilities

• Travel costs – to and from lectures and for any organised activities or outreach events that take place within South Africa.

• All resources, DVD’s, musical instruments, technical equipment, etc, used for lectures.

• General upkeep of the residential properties and vehicles.

• Contribution towards the running of the administration office

• Set work Books.

• VGY brand clothing.

• School specific items: Basic Worship Tuition / Leadership Academy Adventures / Surf coaching and tours.

What the Fees Do NOT Include:

• Medical expenses

• Personal items & toiletries

• Visa expenses

• Personal phone and cell phone calls

• Note: There may be additional fundraising done during the duration of the year to cover shortfalls. This fundraising will be done as a team and money raised will contribute to wherever there is need.

Administration Acceptance fee

A non refundable administration and acceptance fee of R4000 (which covers the cost of processing your application and to secure your place in the Victory GAP year) is payable within 14 days of acceptance.

Cost For The Year – Payment Options

Payment:

All fees are payable in SOUTH AFRICAN RANDS only. Fees can be paid by cheque, however direct bank transfer is preferred.

Failure to pay school fees within 30 days or without written communication, will result in students being asked to leave the course. The students will still be liable for 50% of outstanding fees till the end of the year.

Bursaries / Sponsorship:

Victory GAP Year is not offering bursaries at present. Sponsorship forms can be obtained on request. Please get in touch with us on the contacts page. These forms will assist you as an individual to raise your own sponsors from friends and family.
