HISTORY & VISION

For the last 12 Years, Victory Christian Church has been intensely involved in equipping, empowering and sending the next generation. We are constantly challenging ourselves to dream bigger and trust for more of God's kingdom purposes to be established in our young people.

VGY is under the Eldership of Victory Christian Church and is part of the international family of Churches, Church of the Nations (COTN).

LIFE: Our vision is to equip students for life. By placing a strong biblical foundation in their hearts. Bringing wholeness to them spirit, soul & body. Placing in them on a firm understanding of their identity and purpose in God.

 

LEADERSHIP: We want to equip our students with a range of practical life skills that they can use anywhere: people skills and communication, management, team work, care for their community, event planning, cooking skills, maintainance of house, vehicles and equipment.   

ADVENTURE: Jeffreys Bay is ideally located in the beautiful region of the Eastern Cape. Young people have energy that needs to be channelled in the right direction. We aim to take young people outdoors so they can enjoy the environment and challenge themselves to go beyond their limits.

VGY CORE: All gap year students whether they are doing Leadership, Surf, Worship will go through the VGY Core. VGY Core is made up of Core Subjects and Core Activities.  [Read More]
