  2. NOTE: A non refundable fee of R300, which covers the cost of processing your application, is required. Your deposit slip or proof of payment can be faxed through to our office on: +27 (0)86 608 1384. Foreign students can send this by bank draft in South African Rands only.

  2. * Victory GAP Year does not tolerate any abuse of visa status and works closely with the Department of Home Affairs to report any such abuse.
  3. * As part of the course guidelines, irrespective of which school you have chosen, you are to be in possession of a valid passport by the time you arrive in January!
  4. * NB!: Your online application and payment of the R300 admin fee, ensures that there is a place temporarily booked for you and the application process is rolling. There will be further forms to fill in that will require signatures and original paper work. Only once all the paper work has been approved, signed and a deposit of R3700 has been paid, will you be officially accepted as a student at VGY.
